I've been helping a large #finserv client find ways to better connect to their #millennial and #genz employees.
Top of our list has been to scrub communications of much of their jargon, and take "emotional risks" -- saying it like it is with less "fluff" and CYA legal-ese styling. It's working.
Perhaps a smart goal for '24 is to reduce your org's jargon exhaust.
